Say my T1 is 500 ms. Client sends INVITE to server. Server responds with 100 Trying. Now after say 60 seconds server sends 200 OK to client. Should client ACK this 200 OK? Or should simply ignore? or should it send 481? _______________________________________________ In any case, the UAC should send ACK to the 200 in order to prevent the UAS from resending the 200. Beyond that, what the UAC decides to do depends on whether the UAC has decided to abandon the call before the 200 arrived, which is not determined by 3261.
