If the proxy should chante the server/client transaction state upon
receipt of a CANCEL, then the future 487 will fail as would found a
terminated client transaction in the proxy.

Yes, a mention in the draft about "proxy does not change its server
and client transaction state when processing a CANCEL" would be nice.
