There is nothing very special there. The UAC receives such response
and chooses an URI in the Contact to make a new call there. It could
also call the next URI if the first one fails.

An intermediary proxy could also get the 3XX response and create new
branches for each URI in the Contact (instead of routing upstream the
response to the UAC).
