AFAIK there are "annoying" SIP implementations out there that
"require" such a ;npdi parameter to be in the SIP URI parameters
section rather than in the username portion. Probably they are not
ready to parse "parameters" in a SIP URI username.

BTW life would be more easier if TEL URI parameters would become SIP
URI parameters after TEL to SIP conversion and vice versa.
