Hello Ikuzar; You can obtain this from the SDP body from either the offering entity (usually INVITE message), or the answering entity (usually located within the 200 OK message.)
Notice how I use the words usually, as there are circumstances where the offering and answering SDP information can be located in different messages, or even modified partway through a dialog (phone call.) RFC 6337, 3264 and 4566 can provide a lot more information on this.
