If I understood your question properly,

You can get the remote IP address from the SDP present in INVITE/200 OK/ACK.

It is the 'c=' line by default applies to all media streams present in the
session.
'c=' line can be present either in session level or media level, then media
level takes precedence.

If you have obtained domain address, instead of IP address, use DNS service
to resolve the domain name and obtain IP addresss.
1. You can use system provided APIs to resolve domain address to IP.
Or
If you have your own implementation of DNS, resolve for 'A' records.
