In a scenario where the request traverses a strict proxy, the URIs are
only shuffled around. In my case, the last proxy in chain is a loose
router, and it's the actual URI that is modified.

Anyway, by my understanding of RFC3261, the Request-URI doesn't play
any role in mid-dialog requests when the request has arrived at the
UAS. I was just wondering whether such situation is permitted by the
standard.
