I'm not positive what you mean by "media capabilities": offer/answer, RFC 3840, or something else.
If you are asking offer/answer stuff, RFC 3725 provides some call flows. If you are asking about RFC 3840, section 7 indicates that the capabilities can be changed mid-dialog. RFC 3725 also provides some situations where the controller might want to relay it within ACK (for instance, if received the change in 2xx response). > -----Original Message----- > From: ikuzar RABE [mailto:ikuzar9...@gmail.com] > Sent: Wednesday, July 24, 2013 10:16 AM > To: sip-implementors@lists.cs.columbia.edu > Subject: [Sip-implementors] media capabilities in ACK > > Hi all, > > I would like to know in which cases a caller include its media > capabilities > (SDP) in ACK instead in INVITE method ... > > Thanks for your help, > > ikuzar. _______________________________________________ Sip-implementors mailing list Sip-implementors@lists.cs.columbia.edu https://lists.cs.columbia.edu/cucslists/listinfo/sip-implementors
