If your proposal was intended, I assume that the working group wouldn't have
indicated "from amongst those in the offer" within the following snippet
similar to what it indicates within section 6.1 paragraph 3.

RFC 3264 section 8.2:

"Like the offer, the answer MAY omit all
attributes present previously, and MAY list just a single media
format from amongst those in the offer."

However if your proposal has interoperability issues, the following snippet
potentially could be used to get them to accommodate whatever you want to
send.

RFC 3264 Section 6:

"To reject an offered
stream, the port number in the corresponding stream in the answer
MUST be set to zero.  Any media formats listed are ignored.  At least
one MUST be present, as specified by SDP."
