The local policy can (and often does) overwrite SIP routing rules. The main
reason for this routing policy in WS SIP client is due to this client not
being able to do proper DNS SRV record resolution, so SIP routing will need
to be outsourced to a proxy with all SIP messages from the client to the
proxy going over the existing WS (or more typically secure WSS) connection.
