Based on the feedback from the mailing list from the last few days, I'm proposing the following:
- That we do not re-instate "transport=tls" at this point (i.e., in the draft-ietf-sip-sips draft). - As suggested by Paul Kyzivat, we would defer any work on transport=tls to later. As such, we would add this topic in Annex A "Future Steps in Specification".
