Agreed.

If there had been no comments I would have said that.

What I am trying to do at the moment is persuade all you people out
there to get stuff on the list (and start discussing it) before the IETF
meeting so we can address those issues before or in the IETF meeting.

If necessary, there will then be a revised draft, and we will WGLC that.
