I fully agree. 
I do think it should be useful if we could discriminate somehow the
following three cases 
- A is only interested to receive events from B
- A is interested to receive events from B, but A is also interested to
send events to B (A ask B to subscribe)
- A is not interested to receive events from B, but A wants send events
to B
