Me neither. I wonder how many implementers had thought of it - i.e., how many phones would it actually work for. :) Someone should probably write a sipping draft for that someday. But anyway it was just an example. And to continue the example the beauty of sending a vcard in an Info is it lets the user trigger the action. So for example once I call you I can ask you for someone else's contact info and you can send someone else's vcard.
