I don't know what openser does, but I DO know about edge proxies that
set the registration timer to a short value in order to use the
registration requests as "keep-alives", which is a very "heavy" method.
Again, the idea is that they don't need to do that if they receive an
explicit indication that the UA supports double-CRLF (and STUN).
