Yup, but using one of the algorithms not based on the host MAC.
Version 4 shall be mandated (see section 4.4 in RFC4122).
And we'd need a header, like "Session-ID", or "B2bua-Pwn3d".

Or maybe as DTMF mixed into the audio stream at the beginning of the
session ;-)
