Section 2 of RFC4538 states: " This header field contains the dialog identifiers for the INVITE dialog between user agents A and B, composed of the Call-ID, local tag, and remote tag. " While this could go through a B2BUA/SBC in most cases the config would be to remove/change this as it contains the Call-ID. My two cents are on Hadriel's Session-ID.
