Concerning the rc5, I did not find the Windows version on SIPp web site.
I have installed SIPp rc2 for Windows and the authentication is 
working... Almost... :)

The problem, that I am facing now, is the 'username truncation' as 
mentioned in http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=18492008
I read that it has already been fixed, but it seems not to be included 
in the executables delivered for windows.

How should I proceed in order to get a windows version containing the 
authentication bug fixed?
How can I compile the SIPp source code under windows?
