- Install cygwin
- In additional packages of cygwin install, choose:
* libncurses8, ncurses
* binutils
* gcc, gcc-g++
* openssl
- Get SIPp source code from: http://sipp.sourceforge.net/snapshots/
- run "make ossl"
Let me know if it works or if you had to change anything to get it working.
