We are doing the refreshes in the following way:
<INVITE>
Runs with call rate -> cr1
<PAUSE>
LOOP1:
<REINVITE>
Runs with call rate -> cr1
GOTO LOOP1
So it is possible to increase or decrease the call rate in the INVITE
phase but once we are in the REINVITE phase we can't increase or
decrease the call rate. Is my understanding correct? Or is there a way
to controll the call rate in the REINVITE phase also?
