Bharath, The situtation you describe seems more like something you would want to do with a user-based benchmark. That is you have N open calls at any one point in time to reflect a given population of users.
Aside from that, it seems there is probably a pause missing between the reinvite and the loop. You can insert a pause that would adjusted the relative volume of INVITES to reinvites. If you use a global variable, you can probably figure out a way to change it (maybe through 3PCC or adding a command line mechanism to the source code).
