Are the firewalls disabled on both server and client? Or the required ports

Subject: [Sipp-users] TCP Socket error

Hello all,

I am trying to make a basic sip call to a sip server and am getting the below
error. Any ideas?

Running command:
c:\Program Files\Sipp_3.1>sipp -sf new_call.xml -t t1 172.31.115.56

009-10-12 09:20:10:945 1255360810.945701: Unable to connect a TCP
socket.
se 'sipp -h' for details, errno = 118 (No route to host).
