Hi

First of all I would check that sip server is pingable from your Windows
machine.

Second I would check that some other application is not running on the
same port you run SIPp.

Third I would check the firewall settings.

Hello all,

 

I am trying to make a basic sip call to a sip server and am getting the
below error.  Any ideas? 

 

Running command: 

c:\Program Files\Sipp_3.1>sipp -sf new_call.xml -t t1 172.31.115.56
