workaround to make it works.
The below is the scenario I ' m trying to implement but got stuck

Suppose A,B and C are 3 parties.
A calls B and call is setup. (INVITE,200 and
ACK)
B places A on HOLD.
B calls C and call is setup (INVITE,200
and ACK)
B may HOLD
C.
Now a conference maybe setup between the 3 either
through a conference server
or a consultative transfer may be done.
This scenario can be done, albeit with a
workaround.
