I think when people need this they use:
1) ims bench:

(but don't ask me about it because i never used it).
2) simply start once scenario after the other (first start sipp uac for
register then start sipp uas for INVITE)
3) You can use sipp uac for REGISTER by passing the Contact address of the
sipp uas for INVITE (registration doesn't have to come from the actual
address that will handle the calls). So you basically say to the server :
"Hey, if you have a call from me, contact me at xxxxx".
