Thang,

You still can do it with 3PCC, but you really need to get start from basic
call first in order to understand SIPp

I trying simulate with sipp (UASs), so i want two phone can connect with
together, so I am trying make phone 1 sends an INVITE to SIPP and then SIPP
has to tranfer that message send to the phone 2.maybe problem is
remote_port, but i don't know how to do it.??? can you help me!

You misunderstood the purpose of SIPp.
As a said, SIPp is just a testing tool. It is not actually a SIP proxy. It
will not proxy messages between phone 1 and phone 2.
If you want the above scenario, why don't you just use opensips/kamailio?
Why do you need to do this with SIPp?
