Yes. But why bother implementing a proxy/B2B using 3pcc?
The next question would be: "How do I register my phone with sipp so that
the calls are sent to it?"
Then we could add commands in the scenario to handle REGISTER, update an
injection file with terminal location data and use that data when an INVITE
arrives.
Then we would realize some terminals don't accept calls coming from ip:port
other than from the registrar server so we would have to check if a 3pcc
scenario could be written to handle both recv/REGISTER and
recvCmd/ProxyToTerminal (the last time I tried this, it didn't work). And so
on.
Lots of work to end up with a toy proxy/B2BUA.
Unless Thang's goal is to see how far we can go implementing SIP entities
with it, or unless the exercise is just for fun, I think this is of little
practical value (well, no doubt we get to become a sipp expert after all
that).

All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable.
Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. IT sense. And common sense.
