Well, actually, the requirement is just to send a "200 OK" reply, so I
think just using option "-aa" would be enough:
-aa : Enable automatic 200 OK answer for INFO, UPDATE and
NOTIFY messages.
(The doc doesn't mention MESSAGE but I believe i tested it sometime ago
with it and it worked).
