Hi Vinod,
It is good idea for tests that rely on few number of IP sources, In my tests I 
need several more IP sources, about 1000 or more.
I found out it is better to use subject header of SIP messages as IP source of 
message in XML scenario. Then when I want to extract IP feature of message in 
my tests; I use subject of SIP message instead of real IP of packet.

Hi Sajjad,
  You  can install SIPP in many machines. Just install SIPP in 2 to 3 machines. 
And each machine will be having its own IP and you can send requests to your 
server from all machines.
