IMO the best way to have several IPs making calls is to add each one of
them in your host (automate this task with a script), then in your SIPp
script you have to make use of injection files.
By doing this, a well written SIPp script will be able to bind a different
IP for each call. You can make it use a different caller number and calling
number for each call too!
You can find more details about the injection files in the SIPp
documentation!
