verifyauth always returns false. Sipp calldebug log shows the following:

SUBSCRIBE, uri sip:sip001@10.10.100.156, realm iconfig, nonce
MTQ0NzE4NjY1Njk4NTpFVGFnOmljb25maWc=, result expected

The username and password are correct. Is the verification failing because
the Authorization header includes qop?
