Hi All, Any body working on Sipx ACD Code. I like to know how Sign in Sign out code works in ACD Code. Is there any mechanism that can support agent id with sing in code.
Let suppose: Day one Extension 200 A sing in. Day two: Extension 200 B Sign in. When statistics generates it will not generated on the basis of phone no but on the basis of agenID. Means No agent should be bounded by his Phone no. Agent Should be movable anywhere, they only need to specify there id. Regards, Anand
