We are also running into the "postgres" issue and this is from an ISO
install so it looks like it may be a software issue.

then i type dt it shows no relation found.

Did you install it from source?
If so you need to run (as root):
/usr/bin/sipxconfig.sh --setup
To initialize DB authentication.
