Well - gather information and submit a bug. But it's unlikely it has anything to do with Vikas's problem. He is building from source. It looks like his system does not have something installed (sipxconfig-setup and sipxcallresolver commands are missing) - and those are exactly the commands that are responsible for configuring postgres IDENT authentication...
