I've noticed the backup and restore functions extremely well now. Thanks a bunch. Is it "behaviorally correct' for the restore to NOT apply the dialplan as part of a restore? I don't recall a message saying the dialplan should be activated after the restore. Why I say this is that custom prompts that were restored do no play until the dialplan is activated. Or at least this is what i noticed. I assume this is working as designed. If so, then can activating the dialplan be added as an option or automatically once the restore has completed? If not, can a message stating the dialplan should be activated to use the restored data? Or is this not globally desirable? Tony
