You need to make sure you activate the dialing plan after making a change. Have
you activated it after adding the second gateway?

Hi All,
I am using 10.2 of Sipxces. I am facing a problem regarding Gateway.
We have defined two different gateways one is 192.168.4.210 and
another one is 192.168.4.212 in these gateways only one is working
fine for a
particular dial plan, which is defined first means if I defined
192.168.4.210 first then it works fine and if I defined 192.168.4.212
first then it works fine
for a particular dial plan.
On GUI it shows gateway is enabled but it is not working fine.
Why it is occurring?
Please answer me as soon as possible it is urgent.
