Ok. If you are running on 3.10.2 it is stable code, and the question "should" be posted in the sipx-users list for the best responses. A lot of people in sipx-dev are running post 3.10.2 code (3.11.x), so your issues are more relative to users rather than developers. Questions for you... Are these custom dial plans? Are both gateways assigned to the dialplan you are having problems with? If so, move the gateway that is having the problem up to be the first gateway in the list and reactivate your dial plan. Things needed from you... 1. A description of the rule you are using (custom, etc.) and what you hope it will do. 2. A call trace (wiki). 3. Review your permsissions for your users to make sure they are properly set to use the rule(s). 4. Describe the gateway type/model and port type. A snapshot might be helpful after these have been looked at. It will also be more conducive to receiving help if you are more descriptive in your posting (subject and the message body). Try putting your logging into debug mode for the proxy and tailing it from the CLI to see what it is saying, this will be helpful in providing you information on how the call is being sent to the gateway. You might also look at your logs from the gateway itself to see what it is trying to process. Tony
