I think Martin meant 'sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]', not 'mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]'. It's an important question: if sipXbridge cannot be used as a sipX enabled firewall (and my guess is it can't) we need to filter it out so that it does not show up as an option on the Internet Calling screen.
