I think something is amiss.  None of the cfgver files seem to be written
by sipXsupervisor.  I see in the supervisor logs that it receives all of
the setConfigurationVersion calls from sipXconfig for each service, but
these never make it to a file... at least, not to a file where I
expected, i.e.  var/sipxecs/process-cfgver/
