Hi,
While CDR testing i found one issue in the following scenario :
*
Test case* :
Make a call from Phone1 to Phone2 and then forward the call to phone3
from phone2.Answer the call on phone3 and disconnect the call from
Phone1. Click on Apply button on Calls page.
*Expected result :
*CDR table should have all the call detail records : ie ; a) Call from
Phone1 to Phone2
b) Call from Phone1 to Phone3. (Here, established call).
*Actual result :
*CDR table shows only one call detail record ; ie; a) Call from Phone 1
to Phone2.
This same CDR continues for case b) also; and not found the CDR for
the call between Phone1 and Phone 3.
So, I want to know that, is this right scenario ? If yes, why CDR table
not shows the result b) .
