"SipxProcess[SipXrelay]::commandOutput ' at

If it is intentionally and correctly including
/etc/sipxpbx/log4j.properties, then maybe the problem is that it doesn't
have
${jetty.log.dir} - or maybe log4j.properties shouldn't contain
${jetty.log.dir}
