Here is the offending line: Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: http://www.sipfoundry.org/sipXconfig/dtd/setting_2_0.dtd I think Damian ran into this earlier in the week. He said eclipse wasn't validating xml docs since sipfoundry was down.
