Hi Josh,
I'm pretty sure the problem has to do with a missing 'Supported:
replaces' header in the INVITE and REFER messages. Lack of this header
effectively tells the LG phone that you do not support replaces headers
, yet the REFER you send contains one.

If by
46sp you are reffering to 1.2.46sp then REFERs are surely
supported and
something else is going wrong. If you post a network trace of
the
problem, I'd gladly look at ti.
