I am writing test cases for setting system " Date and Time".
As per Chris's suggested scenario:
"If the user is a Remote User and logging into the User Portal/GUI from
say New York but the SCS is in UK with Time Zone set as Europe/London
then the time seen by the user in New York in his User Portal will in
fact be the time in London not his local time."
Probably this Scenario could be taken as an improvement that is needed
further in system "Date and Time" feature.
Please let me know the opinion regarding this Improvement.
