I have checked with IE 7.0 since IE 6.0 is not supported seems fine

As an improvement why not lose the Agent Availability Tab in the User portal
unless a User has been assigned as an ACD Agent then get it automatically
added in?
Not all Users are ACD Agents so why always have a Tab there for that
specific use that is mostly redundant.

I've tested with Firefox, IE6, Opera, and Safari.

The User Portal does have a lot of menus, and they wrap if your screen
is narrow - but if it bothers you, you can make it wider and everything
will resize nicely.
