Sorry, I in no way meant to imply that we should try this in 4.0.

I've raised the following two enhancement JIRAs:

   XECS-2368: Enh: Add a MOH server in our FreeSWITCH server

   XCF-3502: Enh: Use the new MOH URI to be delivered by XECS-2368

XECS-2312 has also been updated with links to the above.
