The only thing not working on the CiscoPlus phones on
3.11 is call transferring. A call transfer will work if the 2nd party
answers there phone, however, seamless/blind transfer fail. The transfer
seems to get hung up at the phone as well. Instead of Transfer, number,
Transfer clearing the call, the phone displays 'Transferring' and then
eventual displays 'Call Transfer Failed'. I did a debug on the phone
doing the transfer and the following errors displayed:
ERR 15:21:53.998385 JVM: sipRelDevCoupledMessageSend: Error: Duplicate
message detected but failed to find valid coupled message. Stored
message not sent.
ERR 15:21:53.999666 JVM: sipSPICheckResponse: Error:
sipRelDevCoupledMessageSend() returned error.
ERR 15:21:54.201082 JVM: sipRelDevCoupledMessageSend: Error: Duplicate
message detected but failed to find valid coupled message. Stored
message not sent.
ERR 15:21:54.202000 JVM: sipSPICheckResponse: Error:
sipRelDevCoupledMessageSend() returned error.
ERR 15:21:54.603605 JVM: sipRelDevCoupledMessageSend: Error: Duplicate
message detected but failed to find valid coupled message. Stored
message not sent.
ERR 15:21:54.604693 JVM: sipSPICheckResponse: Error:
sipRelDevCoupledMessageSend() returned error.
Let me know if I should do a trace on the server. If so, can you provide
me with what tokens I should use in the command line?
