I have a customer who calls and goes through the process of the dial by name to 
reach an associate.

He goes through the AA  and dials by name. When he gets to the instructions 
"Press 1 for Average Joe", he interpreted is at press "14".

Get it? Press "1 for" or press "14". Strangely or sadly, it's happened numerous 
times with several callers. I would not be confused by it, but I'm sure a lot 
of people can be. So perhaps the prompt can say something a little more like 
"to reach this person, press "1".

When the system goes to FreeSwitch for media, would that be a good time to 
address dial by name? Personally I find the behavior easier if you ignore the 
instruction. Try spelling a long last name (most people don't try t spell 
mine). The prompt indicates to spell the whole name, but in reality pressing 
the first three characters actually performs the lookup and gives results. I 
also realize that thhe IVR module may make this easier and a non-issue.

So I was wondering if anyone else has had similar issues with dial by name?
