In the Audiocodes profiles this is found on the "Advanced Parameters"
screen.  There's and "Accepted IP Addresses" field, but also a "Secure
SIP Calls" boolean that enables and disables the functionality.

It is disabled by default.

However, anyone who enables it needs to consider the effect on phone
direct gateway dialing.  I'll include this in the Wiki page, and also
send a heads up to documentation.
