Absolutely not difficult the port. I already did that. It takes a bit to add new config options added in 7.x firmware. I might need some help in the future to move the plug-in in its own project.

Anyway I'm having an issue with the Snom that is not probably related to the config file. Everything work as expected apart incoming calls. The phone apparently does not "see" the incoming invite when it is coming via tcp. There is an option in the phone to enable tcp and of course it's enabled in my configuration. Everything work great if I append ;transport=udp in the outbound proxy in the phone. I had a look at the proxy log. I can see the invite there. What its absolutely weird I cannot see the invite using wireshark. I'll try to capture as much data as possible and ask for help here.

Wonderful thanks!

Yesterday I did something more valuable: strictly ported the snom
plug-in to version 7.x firmware. I'm able to generate the xml file with
the address book (with firmware 7.x and the old plug-in it was ignored
by the phone).
I will test it for a while and possibly send a patch.

Great news. I know many people are waiting for that support. And it should
not be difficult to add.
